Useful information
Pricing plan is based per day and person on two adults staying in the apartment with breakfast. The price includes electricity, water, heating, kitchenware, kitchen linen, bed linen, bath linen.
For single use of any appartement we add an additional amount of 20,00 Euro per day. For a stay which lasts less than 4 days we add an additional amount of 10,00 Euro per day.
We offer newspaper services on request.
You will also be able to try our seasonal specialties in the small à la carte restaurant with panoramic terrace.
For 10,00 € / day we offer a daily apartment cleaning service (kitchen excluded).
Apartments will become available from 15.00 on your arrival and we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10.00 on your departure.
Booking confirmation: your reservation will only become effective upon our receipt of an e-mail, fax or mail confirmation and upon receipt of the deposit on our account. We will only reserve your place if both the above conditions are fulfilled. Should we fail to receive an answer from you within 14 days from the initial agreement, your reservation will cease to be valid.

Travelling by car or bus? Let us know in advance: we will come and pick you up from the Merano train station.
Your pets are welcome in our Residence. We charge an extra fee of 15,00 € per day excluding food. We kindly ask you to bring a blanket and a doghouse from home.
Upon request we will provide a high chair and a baby bed for children in your apartment.
Non smokers: Ours is a non smoking Residence . We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments, in the sauna, pool or bar. You are however allowed to smoke on the balcony or terrace of your apartment.
Payment options: we accept cash, Visa and Eurocard credit cards (except American Express and Diners)
Cancellations:
Holiday travel insurance: sometimes things can go wrong and you might be forced to cancel your holiday or end it before expected. Besides the disappointment you will have to deal with cancellation fees. This is why we suggest you sign up for a holiday travel cancellation insurance.

- free up until one month before arrival.
- Cancellations within two weeks before arrival will be charged 50% of the total agreed price (excluding meals)
- up until one week before arrival: 70%
- The entire agreed price will be charged for cancellations within the last week before arrival, for late arrivals and early departures.
